Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

What is the Friendship Force?

A:

It is an international organisation that helps to promote global understanding across the barriers that separate people. It does this by arranging for groups of people from one area of the world, known as friendship ambassadors, to visit other areas of the world and to stay in the homes of their hosts for periods of up to one week. For more information click here.

Q:

A:

It is the club within the world-wide Friendship Force whose members live in, or just outside, Derbyshire. We organise one or two visits to other clubs each year and receive visits from a similar number.
